Vegan Protein Options For Snacks


Keeping Vegan Protein Options Open Are Important.
Snacking throughout the day needs to include body fuel. Instead of munching on chips and crackers, I recommend eating snacks that have some type of vegan protein. Here are a couple of ideas that I snack on throughout the day.

* Fruit (bananas, apple)
* Vegetables (Celery, broccoli)
* Protein Bars
* Protein Smoothie
* Peanuts
* Nature packs (includes nuts and raisins)
